Daniel 11:37 - "Neither shall he regard the God of his fathers, nor the desire of women, nor regard any god: for he shall magnify himself above all." What this scripture is saying about the antichrist is that he will listen to no one but himself during the 7 year tribulation period.

This is an easy question to answer, it does not say that. You completely made that up. Nice try. I went back and searched the Book of Revelations (which deals with the coming of the Anti Christ) and could not find what you are talking about. Furthermore the Bible does not support homosexuality please read what happened to Sodom and Gomorrah.

Certainly NOT to support homosexuality, considering the Bible's firm stance THROUGHOUT the Old and New Testaments against it.

Leviticus 18:22 -- Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is ABOMINATION.

All related scriptures: Gen 19:5-8; Ex 22:19; Lev 18:22,23; 20:13,15,16; Deut 23:17; 27:21; Judg 19:22; 1 Kings 14:24; 15:12; 22:46; 2 Kings 23:7; Rom 24 1:24,26,27; 1 Cor 6:9; 1 Tim 1:9,10

Thank you "Virginia B" for posting the verse in question. No intelligent discussion of a verse can take place without quoting it and citing it.

Here are some notes from Strong's Concordance to help with the meaning of the key words:

Neither shall he "regard"

995 biyn bene a primitive root; to separate mentally (or distinguish), i.e.(generally) understand:--attend, consider, be cunning, diligently, direct, discern, eloquent, feel, inform, instruct, have intelligence, know, look well to, mark, perceive, be prudent, regard, (can) skill(-full), teach, think, (cause, make to, get, give, have) understand(-ing), view, (deal) wise(-ly, man).

nor the "desire"

2532 chemdah khem-daw' feminine of 2531; delight:--desire, goodly, pleasant, precious. see HEBREW for 02531

"of women"

802 'ishshah ish-shaw' feminine of 376 or 582; irregular plural, nashiym {naw-sheem'}; a woman (used in the same wide sense as 582):--(adulter)ess, each, every, female, X many, + none, one, + together, wife, woman. Often unexpressed in English. see HEBREW for 0376 see HEBREW for 0582 see HEBREW for 0582

for he shall "magnify" himself above all.

1431 gadal gaw-dal' a primitive root; properly, to twist (compare 1434), i.e. to be (causatively make) large (in various senses, as in body, mind, estate or honor, also in pride):--advance, boast, bring up, exceed, excellent, be(-come, do, give, make, wax), great(-er, come to...estate, + things), grow(up),increase, lift up, magnify(-ifical), be much set by, nourish (up), pass, promote, proudly (spoken), tower. see HEBREW for 01434

I do find it interesting that Strong's notes on the root for "regard" included wording such as:

separate mentally (or distinguish), and discern. (conceivably lending support to the notion that he could be homosexual; it's certainly the "in thing" in these latter days.)

But FAR more likely, I think he'll be so full of himself (PROUD) that he won't "regard" ANYTHING else to be WORTHY of his attention, OR desire.

Pride, after all, was the cause of Satan's fall from his lofty position in Heaven as the covering cherub. (Eze 28:11-19)

The Bible says the Anti-Christ will have no desire for women, but will be single and a homosexual is because He WILL be a homosexual.

The Bible does not read that. Revelation states that the first beast won't know a woman's touch or something to that extent. "Anti-Christ" isn't mentioned once in Revelation, btw.

The 'man of perdition' from Revelation, is Paul. He was seen as a heretic by early Jewish Christians - a deceiver of men who threw out the sacred Law. It was well known that Paul had no interest in women. Whether he was gay or simply asexual is not known.
