I'd say it would depend on if was personal or in the line of duty. If it was in the line of duty then he was doing his job and would have been as gentlemanly as the circumstance would allow. If it was personal then possibly you have nothing to say about it. If your sister is an adult it's her business who puts their hands all over her. And son it is never wise to asskick a police officer ever, could come back to haunt you at an inoportune moment.
