he called me to say happy birthday after we didnt talk for like 2 months and we talked. he hasnt changed and that is a bad thing couse he's still an idiot and i do have a bf who's great and i really wish i could say that i didnt miss him(my ex) but i do i do like my bf and my ex is an idiot who doesnt want a gf but he just wants to makeout with every girl and he said call me tomorrow and i know i will and i wont cheat on my bf dont worry but. why do i have to have feelings for him? and i dont know im just really confused

GET ANGRY... and don't allow this twit back into your life.
He used you and he will continue to use any woman that is stupid enough to have him.
At some point, you need to evaluate each relationship and ask, "What does this person bring to the table?" Is this person a mooch? A user? A manipulator? A drama-queen? A time-waster? Or is this person your cheering section? Provide insight? Make you laugh?
As you go down the list of traits and how each thing makes you feel, you will know who you should be spending more time with.

Okay...take some time tonight and really think about it. Do you want to be with your ex or your new bf? Think about who you REALLY want to be with and then choose one tomorrow. It's going to be hard, but this is your only solution. You wouldn't like it if your bf was talking to someone else ..would ya?

of course it's normal to miss your ex. you do have a past together. if you don't plan on getting back with him or cheating on your bf then you have nothing to worry about.
