I want to know how can someone go about changing PO officer? My friend is on parole and his PO is giving him a real hard time. The PO has told my friend that he will do everything in his power to put him back in jail. My friend has been complying with all the rules but his PO keeps on giving him a hard time. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

He is at the mercy of his PO. His only recourse is to have an attorney file for a change citing harassment, unfairness, etc.

I assume you are talking about a Parole Officer and not a Probation Officer, since both are known as PO's. But, PO's job is to harass people and do anything in their power to return them back to prison if they violate.

You say your PO is harassing you, then you change and say your friend's PO is harassing him?
I think you need to get your story straight before your question can be answered.

Don't get in trouble to begin with and then you won't need a PO to watch over you at taxpayer's expense.
