Wow. Marry me.
Ha, ha, just kidding.
I'm proud of you for not polluting your body or mind and for respecting your future wife.
I don't think you sound dorky at all. You sound like you're a gentleman. Girls like "bad boys" because girls don't feel like they're good enough for the good guys, but you just have to wait. Someone great will come along soon!
Don't give up. I'm really proud of you!
Hope you find THE ONE GIRL soon!

Well i wasnt the typical girl in college...and shared some common interests or more like common disinterests. I personally think 'dorky' as you say...although i dont know if thats quite the correct word...is more my style than the guys who are boozin it up and sleeping around...and dont bother to go to class and make something other than fools of themselves. Unfortunately you guys are too often overlooked and misjudged especially at that age. I would have totally been in to someone who sounds like you...although i probably never would have known because youre pretty quiet and shy and so was i so we never would have crossed paths unless by pure accident. there are girls out there that would totally appreciate what you have to offer but you have to try and make yourself available without turning into a jerk...cause its hard to find someone when neither person is really actively seeking or actively trying to be sought....if that made sense. I wish you all the best of luck...and whoever you end up with will be very lucky:-)

I must say that all through highschool I was always told I was hot sexy blah blah blah. I hated dating guys that were hot they were jerks. I have always dated dorky guys, you actually sound like someone I would date Im 21 I have never smoked,or went to a party or club I have only tasted alchol and I am still a virgin I refuse to do anything till I am married. But the part that is killing you is that you are shy and quiet. shy is ok to a point but if you know someone after a while and you don't joke or talk much that will hurt a relationship. I broke up with a guy I dated him for 2 months and he still had trouble talking to me I had to brake up he was bumming me out , he never spoke. I have found my special person that I will spend my life with though and he has never smoked, drank, went to a club, and he is still a virgin. We are getting married in may2008
YOu will find that special person I promise but remember if a girl ask you a question a easy one don't just say Idk or Im fine sound a little happier, it will go farther then you think. Good luck and have a very merry Christmas.

to be honest I think dorky guys are awesome and very cute. I would just try not to worry about not knowing the slang terms but try to get out of being bashful and maybe go to a few parties with your friends to help you get out of that bashful stage.not drinking or smoking is nothing to worry about and the virgin thing isn't bad either. I always hear guys saying things about how women want a man that can direct them and b.s. but 99% of the women I know DON'T CARE so basically. Try to get out and be social so you can meet a nice girl

Well, everyone else is offering their stupid advice.
Let me say this... girls love dorks and girls love guys who are not extremely masculine.
There are girls who prefer the macho masculine man, but these men are usually men who cheat!
A dorky man who doesn't have alot of expierence in the sexual relations department can always be molded to be a sex maniac.
If you meet the right girl she will probably be happy that you're very mellow and are YOURSELF and she can teach to get to know your sexual self.
My husband was a virgin when I met him. He was doing alot of humping and making out with girls, but when we started dating he was 18. He is the best thing that has ever happened to my life (well, now a baby on the way and we are 24) but I was able to expose to him new places he has never been to and to new music and to new things in general. He wasn't really dorky. I fell for him because he was cute and he liked the blues and he knew a little guitar.
Maybe if you don't meet someone soon you should probably learn something new that may have been interesting to you. Learn a new language... chicks dig that!
Explore new music - go to 18+ bars and venues for live music.
I hope this helps!

Me myself... I like guys like you, I know a few guys like you, and they are the best to be around, and I bet the only reason your havent had much luck with girls is because your more on the shy side, but really just keep being you, and the right girl will come around when the time is right. Theres nothing wrong with being "Dorky" as you say :)

some girl is out there right now waiting for her dork to come and sweep her off her feet. Girls are way cool with dorks. It's almost like dorkiness is becoming the new "it" thing nowadays so don't fret. Stick to your guns, but I should add that if you are shy than it won't help your cause. The dorkiness will affect your dating life a whole lot less than being shy.

You fit the characteristics I'm looking for, particularly from the G-rated comment. Not all girls are into sexy, dirty types. Some of us just like to be able to have fun with the guy we're with. I don't think there's anything wrong with the way you're living right now. I wouldn't call you dorky. Just moral.

Personally, I don't want to date a guy who's constantly talking dirty or speaking of women in a disrespectful manner, but I also don't want someone who is immature or comes off as naive. I'd recommend to be true to yourself- you don't want to date a girl that you're constantly worrying about impressing, do you? You should find someone who wants to be with you because you're you, and she's out there, I promise :). It's admirable that you're focusing on your education rather than indulging in some self-destructive behaviors, and this dedication will mean a lot to some lucky girl! Not every girl wants to go out and party, and soon enough you'll find someone who's a perfect match.

BE YOURSELF! Just because getting trashed and puking on yourself isn't your idea of fun doesn't mean its bad!! I have so much respect for you because you are who you are. Keep being a leader not a follower. Express yourself if the people in your circle don't appreciate you, find friends that will. If the "cool" girls don't like you, that might be a good thing...you'll be the one of your friends that doesn't end up with Crabs!!! Who would be the dork then?!
