Hi Guys!
It is generally believed that "what matters knowledge and experience not certifications and degrees"
I am persuing CFA course from ICFAI and i am confused that togather with should persue another course in order to get one more degree?? But at the same time one question arise in mind that of knowledge and experience that rather wasting time in acquiring another degree, i should focus in my core area of knowledge(CFA) and try to be updated with latest knowledge and information BECOUSE "what matters knowledge and not degree" Is it true perception? To what extend, my friends, will you agree???

Most of the time it's not "What you know", but "Who you know"! anyway...So it's brown nosing and spell checker that will land you a job!

Knowledge and experience are tops, when it comes down to it. I'm talking about real, unique, diverse experience. Ten years doing the same thing is not ten years of experience - it's one year ten times. You need to show that you have grown in your career and have potential to continue growing. Presenting yourself as an investment to an employer is the best position possible (return>cost). Using spell check occasionally helps as well ;-)

well you are correct that more than degree experience matters. But if you have higher degree then you have more opportunities and scope too.
Decision is yous
best of luck
