If you get busted going 100 mph vs 105 mph do you have to pay more? Do they arrest you after a certain point?

Depends on what state you are in when you are caught speeding. Police may cite you or arrest you on a charge of careless, reckless, or willful reckless driving as well as the speeding ticket.

Here in Florida, I am pretty sure you get arrested if you are going twice the legal speed limit (the charge being reckless driving or something like that).
And as for tickets, it usually goes by "5" or "10" brackets. As in 1-10 mph faster than speed limit, X amount on ticket; 11-20 mph faster, X amount on ticket; 21-30 mph faster, etc.

USUALLY THE HIGHER THE SPEED THE MORE THE FINE.

MOST STATES ARE ALLOWING 09 PAST LEGAL LIMIT NO TICKET OR STOPPING

10-15 OR 20 DEPENDING ON AREA OF ARREST

21-30 ETC ETC ETC???

AGAIN DEPENDING ON STATE LAWS, COUNTY CODES, MUNICIPAL ORDINANCES AND CITY LIMITS ALLOWED BY STATUTES /CODES.
