There are three steps to accepting the Seventh-day (Saturday) Sabbath:
• Accept Jesus Christ as the Son of God, your Saviour, and the LORD of your life.
• Receive the Love of the Truth as it is in Christ Jesus.
• Discover the beauty of the Seventh-day (Saturday) Sabbath and its miraculous gift of True Rest.
Then, my answer to the following question goes into quite a bit of depth about the beauty of the Seventh-day (Saturday) Sabbath: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20071212205709AAKQplB
Lastly, just having the Ten Commandments to observe can be a bit dry (dull). The Statutes were given to more fully explain (add beauty to) the Ten Commandments. Thus, to me, the real beauty of the Seventh-day (Saturday) Sabbath (a Commandment) is made even more manifest when one receives a true understanding of what God's Feasts (additional Sabbath Statutes) are truly all about (see reference).
God bless.

The sabbath was a shadow of Christ, so why do you believe in teaching people to appreciate the importance of a shadow when you should be appreciating the importance of Christ?
