Yes but you will have to get a drivers license from the state you will be living in. Most states will allow 60 days to do that. Until then you can use your India license.

L-1 visa is NOT an immigrant visa. So you may drive on your Indian licence (accompanied by an international licence) for up to 1 year on arrival. After that, you will need to get a US licence from the state you are in.

Oregon (where Intel is located), says this:

I am moving to Oregon from another country with a valid driver license from there. How do I apply?

Requirements vary depending on which country you come from. If from:

* Canada
* Germany (Note: Acceptable only for licenses issued before January 1, 1999. After January 1, 1999, European Union (EU) licenses issued to residents of Germany only (must show German address) are accepted.)
* A US Territory, such as:
o American Samoa
o Puerto Rico
o Guam
o US Virgin Islands
o Northern Mariana Islands

Your license is treated the same as one from another US state. If you are not from one of the above listed locations, you must also pass the drive test.
