they were working a few days ago then they hang especially when Raiden starts talking to Rose and when my NBA 2K3 is about to start a game between two teams the voice then dissappears and still loading but I reset or turn it off

If the games are really scratched up or if they have fingerprints all over them, it could be causing the PS2 to have trouble reading the disks.
If there are fingerprints on the disks, try wiping them off by using a lint free cloth and then see if it works any better.

I would like to answer regarding your gaming CD hung.The same thing happened to my Game CD , a Samsung Digital 52x 700 mb / 80 min of "Virtual army"by name of the game.Few days it ran..Later I came to know it is full of virus and of higher frequncy. If u use your PC will be spoiled.
