love your name...i shouldnt have to learn spanish..its not the way my world will be ....if i lived in mexico id be more than happy to learn...since i dont...i suggest you learn my language you are after all in my land

You would expect me to learn your language if I came to live in your country, so why not learn mine? By the way I speak seven different languages but I should not be required to speak it in my own country. I have not heard "Press 2 for english" in any other country in the world, so why should we here?

I shouldn't have to. Unfortunately, my children will have to compete for jobs with a bunch of bilingual anchor babies, so I am making it a priority for them to learn Spanish. Don't get me wrong - this is NOT what I want. I just want my kids to have a fighting chance. I HATE that this is what it has come to in this country.
