aloe vera gel, rub it in, or taking a bath in milk. it relieves the sting, but im not sure how well it takes out the red. be sure to wear a low spf sunscreen in the future as sunburn is the leading cause of skin cancer, the most common cancer in the states... :(

Keep it covered.
You could try putting vinegar and aloe gel on the burn: That's what I did the last time I got sunburned. Usually I peel after a burn, but I didn't then.
Good luck!

Put a shirt on and do not go back out in the sun, even with sunblock on. Let it heal before exposing it to more sun.

TAKE A CLEAN CLOTH AND SOAK IT IN APPLE CIDER VINEGAR, DAB THE CLOTH W/ THE VINEGAR LIGHTLY ALL OVER YOUR TUMMY. IT DOESN'T SMELL SO GOOD, BUT IT DOES HELP TO TAKE OUT THE PAIN OF THE BURN AND THE REDNESS, PLUS KEEP A GOOD MOISTURIZING LOTION ON IT TO KEEP IT FROM DRYING OUT AND PEELING , TRY DOING THIS AT LEAST 2 TIMES A DAY FOR 2-3 DAYS, MY FATHER TAUGHT ME THIS OLD FASHION REMEDY AND IT ALWAYS HELPED ME.

this might sound silly... after each tan, rub your body with spirits - even before tanning. it makes your skin tough and would help prevent pealing. It really really works!
