Do you mean she expects more . . . making out? More intimate making out? Doing more activities other than making out? Not sure exactly what you mean, here. I think you're talking about becoming more intimate.
First of all, no matter what your girlfriend wants, you should go no faster than YOU are comfortable with. Do not let your girlfriend pressure you into taking steps that you are not ready for emotionally. (God, I can't believe I'm saying this to a guy -- usually it's the other way around!)
If all you're doing is making out and you're getting bored with that and want more excitement, it may be time to think about what you do OTHER than make out. If all you do is make out -- if you don't have anything else in common, then you may want to think about where this relationship is headed.
Basically, you're way too young for some kid to be calling you "Daddy".

The only reason why you're against sex is because you don't know what you're missing. Go out, do stuff. Get a mutual hobby. Anything "taking it to the next step" in a physical sense will probably lead to sex. Stop worrying about it so much or guessing her expectations. Talk about it and find out for sure, drama is lame.

If you're not ready, you're not ready. You are still young. Just remember if and when you do decide you are ready, to use protection. There are a lot of STD's out there, and not to mention, the possibility of pregnancy. I think you need to talk to your girlfriend and see what she reall wants. You say you "think" she is ready, but you could be wrong.

i bet she don't if she does then she is not for you. if she is then take to walking and holding hands things like that put your arm around her now and then be like that but how are you going to stay with her or is this just for now? ask yourself those questions.

Well if you don't want to have sex, what else is there to do? You can always do oral or something. But you need to ask her what she wants too. If she does want to do oral or not, or even have sex.
