As some know, I'm suffering from an abscessed tooth that is being extracted tomorrow afternoon. Tonight, I've been experience swollen neck glands, which is causing discomfort / a bit of soreness under my chin. With antibiotics and such, is this normal?

The swollen glands are lymph nodes. Lymph nodes are one of the body's defense mechanisms against pathogens. In your case the abscess is filled with pathogens.
As long as the lymph node goes away within two weeks you'll be fine. The soreness and tenderness is a good sign too... you need to worry if you don't feel any pain there and it's very hard and not moveable.
Good luck tomorrow.
