yes steam it with some italian dressing in aluminum foil in a convection oven or regular oven..... the oil in the dressing will soften and juice up the chicken while the vinegar and spices will add extra flavor!

Yeah, steaming it is a good way to go. I would wrap it tightly in some aluminum foil with some chicken broth and put it in the oven.

I take it off the bones and simmer it very slowly in barbecue sauce then use if for sandwiches. You can do this with whatever sauce you like....you can also simmer it in cream of mushroom soup or whatever soup you like then put it over rice.

Cut it into chunks and steam it. I have taken dry chicken chunks and used my steamer basket to heat and moisten chicken.
