That's what the authors of "Holy Blood, Holy Grail" claim. Note: This book was written about twenty years before "The DaVinci Code."

The Vatican isn't covering anything up, since there is no evidence that Jesus was actually married or not or if he had children or not. Truth be known, there is so little documentation about Jesus' life, you can't be terribly certain about anything about it, although for people of faith the situation may be interpreted a bit differently.

Before trying to prove Jesus had children, try proving that he existed period. That no one can ever do; and if you can't do that, everything else is cast into doubt as well. Again, its different for the faithful, but there is simply no way to tell for the rest of us.

The Holy grail is not a bloodline, a bloodline is like a family tree, it has a beginning, and an end. The Vatican seems more honest than most people I know, so I highly doubt that what you say is true.

The "holy grail" refers to the chalice used by Jesus at the Last Supper. It has always meant that except in the fictional work of the the "DaVinci Code."
The Vatican is not "covering up" anything. There is no historical evidence and never has been that Jesus was married or had children.

What did you read Holy Blood, Holy Grail or The Da Vinci Code? Dan Brown based his book on the Holy Blood, Holy Grail book. It's just theories. It's not a proven fact. Don't believe everything that you read and be more open to ideas, that's my advice to you.

You have been consumed by a novel. Wake up and see the world in the view of your community and start living.

But then again, DaVinci is another author/artist of his own rights aside from the author of the DaVinci Code. So, if you want the story of Jesus... talk it out among friends and relatives or in the neighborhood and much better if you read the Bible itself, the New Testament but beware of the Grafts and mind corruptions to serve their own agenda.

Are you kidding???
I assure you that thats the LAST thing the Vatican would try to cover up. If Jesus had children (he did not) the Vatican would claim Ratzinger was a descendant. They would not let that chance get away.

And Here I was thinking that the Dan Brown Nut Jobs had disappeared already. IS A NOVEL, DO YOUR RESEARCH INSTEAD OF DEPENDING ON A NOVEL. And is not even a good novel. And I say it as a Literate and Not as A Catholic. plus is plagiarism and has no sense of Historicity whatsoever.
