I think deep down, they know something just isn't right.

What you don't understand is that Christians have faith, they don't need any more evidence than what God Himself has provided for the individual. If you seek answers, why would you ask one that doesn't have all the answers?

For example, if you were an evolutionist, I could ask you all sorts of questions you can not answer. If you are an Atheist, I could do the same - and I have done this in the past, but I've learned that you don't have the answers and I'm wasting my time asking someone who doesn't know.

Hopefully you will become enlightened on at least that one thing sooner rather than later.

It is a criticism of their chosen life-style and SO many people cannot accept negative crit. Try telling your girlfriend/wife that the new dress that she chose is actually quite horrid and doesn't suit her at all; that the new hairstyle is terrible. Try telling a driver that he has far too many bad habits and is a danger to others on the road. Try telling a macho individual that his love-making techniques are infantile.
Religious people have been brought up from kids to accept that their choice is right, regardless of what the more sophisticated may think. Any criticism is met with anger in many cases.
Let's face it, if a girl's rear-end looks big in those jeans, you take a risk by telling her the truth, especially if she loves the shape she's in.
Apply the same thinking to the deluded.

Because their beliefs comfort them.

People want to believe that there's something more, life after death. That our lives have meaning.

Why do some people like to attack Christians? I'm suprised at the number of people attacking Christians on Yahoo.

And I'm sure everyone has felt singled out on here... it's rediculous.

Everyone should have a right to their own beliefs, people shouldn't be attacked for it.

Because as people, just like you, we don't know sometimes, but that doesn't change the truth.

I don't get angry. If I don't know the answer, I simply look it up. Usually, I find that the Bible is correct...actually, thats every single time...hmmm...I wonder why.....maybe, God's Word is TRUTH!
