okay so theres this boy, his name is ross, hes new this year, in 2 of my classes. We sit 2 seats away from eachother in social studies and we talk sometimes. Although he looks at me kind of a lot and we kind of stare at eachother for like 2 seconds then i look down or vise versa.We never really talked a lot but we just started talking a lil more these past 2 weeks.sometimes i cant tell if he likes me as a friend or really likes me.
im confused and not sure if i like him a whole lot.
please tell me 1.) do guys REALLY want girls to make the first move? 2.) but what if they dont like you back after youve already asked them? 3.) give me your opinion on what u think

1.) most of the times guys make the first move. but there are some guys who have dont have much experinece in being with or talking to girls. These guys want to make the girl fall in love with them and then hope that the girl asks them out becuz they will not know what to say. why dont you try asking him how many girls had has he gone out with? because if he says he has gone out with a lot of girls then i guess he'll make the move. If he says not a lot then i guess he'll want you to make the move. also remember that this is his 1st year here.
2.) If a guy does not like you back after you ask them out then well i really wouldnt know. some girls just say ok and deal with the fact that the guy does not like them. other girls cry. others just say whatever and just move along. just remember that if you do ask him and he says he doesnt like you and that he just likes you as a friend, you dont have to get all sad. you guys will still be friends. like that old saying better to have loved and lost than to not have loved a at all..........why dont you get one of your friends to ask him?
3.) What do i think of this situation?
Well , if i were you i would wait for him to ask you but if you guys keep on going the way you are, and the year is alomst about to end(like 3 months b4 i ends) then i would sugggest you ask him out. but right now you are in a good position to like him so...... i suggest go ahead and live happy... have a guy you can talk about to ur girls u know. remember it is my opinion but its up to you.

If he looks at you that does not mean he likes you.
I wouldnt make any move towards a boy if there was no solid-concrete "thing" going on, and from the soudns of it, I wouldnt make any move because you'll probably get rejected if you ask now that is.
Wait longer to get to know each other. I dont make the first move I'm shy, I make guys do it.Mutual staring does not also mean he likes you.

1) you need to make the 1st move.
2)then dont worry about it just go on as being friends .
if he goes off and tells everyone that shows how immature
he is.

he seems into you. just strike up conversation that will help a lot. but dont ask him out let him make the first move since guys like to have control. if you insist on asking him out get his number first

I would suggest you flirt with him and see how he responds, it will tell you much more than we ever can. Its the age old way to start a relationship.
