Well go out with her first unless you want to get down with a skank. It all pretty much evolves naturally from there. Kissing, touching and all the rest. Most girls would appreciate and respect your need to wait for sex and be happy to get involved in some heavy petting instead.

Theres a human capability called sensing which your not using.
To give you an idea of how to use it-
next time the two of you have the opportunity of a sensual moment, get closer to her face when the two of you are talking- do you feel that her eyes are looking at your lips as though she would welcome a kiss?
Man - you've got to start to trust your own instincts !
