well i've had side bangs for a while.
try using a hair straightener if you have one and right hafter you get out of the shower and dry your hair immediately part them where needed and straighten, then use a LITTLE hairspray! hope it works :D

Hair spray, & in her case .. a million hair sylists at her side .. haha I know how you feel, i hate it .. especially when you're in the wind & they're going CRAZY! But I tend to just keep my cell phone on hand ( camera phone) so i can fix it up, or a mirror near by will always help me :) But if you put a lot of hairspray in it .. usually they just fall back

Try using a hair wax, pomade, or hair glue to keep them in place. Bed Head and Got2B make great hair products that last all day.

before you go to sleep tie a ponytail and put your bangs the direction your want it to stay hold it tight with bobby pins. that way your hair will get use to going that direction ;)

Hairspray. I have the same problem, but having a few strands of hair hanging down can be cute.

Besides gel and hairspray, its just something you'll have to deal with. I'd consider getting a finishing spray to hold flyaways and such. :)
