Take a daily vitamin, it will help somewhat.

And get a trim, what's the point of having long hair if it's unhealthy?

take vitamins/pills.......i havnt tried but.
its good that you dont use any chemicals & ur hair is healthy.
keep it healthy. without getting damaged.
also trim hair every month to get rid of split ends. if theyre present, hair will grow real slow.
about me, my hair is toooo slow.
1) beat an egg. put 1spoon coconut oil into this. apply on scalp n hair. wash after an hour with a shampoo. do this regularly and your hair will be longr, thicker, stronger. it will also be faster in growth. my mom told her friend did this regularly n her hair was fast in growth n was thick.

Yo ucan't make hair grow faster. All you can do to help it is eat healthy and drink plenty of water.

Get a trim every 4, 6, or 8 weeks to keep it healthy.

First of all you need to go and get a hair cut. I know you are probably thinking crazy girl why do I want to cut my hair when it doesn't want to grow. I promise you that if you get your hair trimmed every 6 to 8 weeks, your hair will grow faster. You can also take prenatal vitamins. If you don't want to do that you can take Biotin 2.5 mg. I take biotin every day.

sometimes if you trim your hair it grows back faster and if you give your scalp a massage it also helps. (or so i've heard). Your hair doesn't grow as fast as you get older, but I don't know if that applies to you.
