Depending on the age of your child is how simple you need to keep it........ Under 6yrs a very simple way to state the facts about Jesus would be , to tell the child that Jesus is the Son of God, just as the child is your child.....but that being Gods child makes Jesus very special... Jesus has a very special things about Him as His Father, God does, just as your child has special things about them that they got from parents..... or you could try going to a Christian book store, there might be books there, I sure there is, or the Library, that can explain it in a very direct but child like way....... go in peace... God bless

The Deity of Christ speaks of His miracles, His authority when He spoke, He is recognized by Thomas as Lord and God (John 20:24). You did not give the age, but you can use scripture to help the child understand or find a children's bible that brings the message to their level of understanding.

God bless

Explain it this way. Show your child water. Now ask the child what it becomes when it gets very, very cold. The answer of course is "water", it does not change what it is made of, just its form. When water becomes very, very hot, what does it become? The answer is "water", once again, it just changes its form. Jesus was God come in the flesh. He never ceased to be God, but he took the form of man to live and die for our redemption.

1 Timothy 3:16
And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifested in the flesh, Justified in the Spirit, Seen by angels, Preached among the Gentiles, Believed on in the world, Received up in glory.

Simply put. God was the spiritual Father. Mary was the physical mother. They had a son. His name was Jesus Christ the Messiah because through him God was truly with humanity.

Jesus is god (divine), cause all the sons of the almighty being (God almighty) are divine like him.

All angels are sons of God according to Job 1:6 and 2:1.

all the sons of God are called gods in Psalms 82:6.

God almighty is among his sons or gods according to Psalm 82:1.

the word god is not a name but a noun or a title applied to the almighty being and his sons. Jesus is the firstborn of God according to Colossians 1:15-17, also Revelation 3:14 says that Jesus is the first creation of God.

Jesus is divine cause his father is divine.

God is not water but a person, you can´t use the analogy of water to explain god, it is better explain to your children "your father is american and you are american"

Like Abraham and Isaac , father and son both are divine, but of course Jesus is the son of God his father , Jesus is not his own father...

Jesus (peace be upon Him) is a prophet and messenger of God. He came in to this world to announce the Oneness of God. There is one and only one God.

Ahh, how cute. Read the "Picture Bible" to your child when it begins to understand words.
