Is this for real?! PS3 hasn't been out for a year and there's already talks of a PS4. Some say 2010 other are saying sooner. Anyone have anymore details. Thanks

sony will release ps4 in 2012.they always release it 6yrs after.
PS1-1994
PS2-2000
PS3-2006
PS4-2012

Sony officials gave PS3 a life span of around 7 years, so PS4 will be on sale in 2012-13-14.

PS2 released 2000
PS3 released 2006
So if every 6 years a new playstation is released I really don't think the PS4 is going to be out after the PS3 has only been out 4 years. The PS3 is planned to last 7-10 years and Sony would want to make the most money out of it that they can. They wouldn't plunge all their money into developing another next-gen console so soon after one has just been released.

I would say that the PS4 might come out in 2011 at the earliest. Sony is just planning early for the next Playstation console. You can't build a good console overnight. It takes years of planning.

You listen to too many rumors thats why I dont answer that many questions because 80% of the people on here dont know what there talking about,no theres no such thing as the PS4 maybe 9 years from now but currently thats false.
