And I say, fine. Pray for anything you want. Pray for anything, but what about the Divine Plan?
God is one-hundred percent in opposition to Satan in every way. God is love, joy, peace, light, hope and life. Satan is hate, sorrow, destruction, darkness, fear and death. The same applies to God's plan; it is the complete opposite of Satan's plan. First of all realize that God loves you more then you could imagine. God loves you with the same love that He did Jesus! We know this because Jesus said it Himself in a prayer to the Father before His crucifixion
The Divine Plan. Long time ago, God made a Divine Plan. Gave it a lot of thought, decided it was a good plan, put it into practice. And for billions and billions of years.
Another question... is god a man or woman or other????
What makes you say this?

the Divine Plan has been doing just fine. Now, you come along, and pray for something. Well suppose the thing you want isn't in God's Divine Plan? What do you want Him to do? Change His plan? Just for you? Doesn't it seem a little arrogant? It's a Divine Plan. What's the use of being God if every run-down shmuck with a two-dollar prayerbook can come along and F*** up Your Plan?
why would you even follow someone's plan for the way you should live your life...
and again:
And here's something else, another problem you might have: Suppose your prayers aren't answered. What do you say? "Well, it's God's will." "Thy Will Be Done." Fine, but if it's God's will, and He's going to do what He wants to anyway, why the F*** bother praying in the first place? Seems like a big waste of time to me! Couldn't you just skip the praying part and go right to His Will?

basically if you do not believe in this "Divine Plan" you can create your own morals and your own path of acceptance and values. You can follow your own ways and make your own decisions without having to go by this list of 10 things that "god" says you cannot do.. cause if you .. it is a sin and you will burn in hell and so on and so fourth..
The whole religion makes no sense to me... thats why i chose to worship the sun...

So to get around a lot of this, I decided to worship the sun. But, as I said, I don't pray to the sun. You know who I pray to? Joe Pesci. Two reasons: First of all, I think he's a good actor, okay? To me, that counts. Second, he looks like a guy who can get things done. Joe Pesci doesn't **** around. In fact, Joe Pesci came through on a couple of things that God was having trouble with.
For years I asked God to do something about my noisy neighbor with the barking dog, Joe Pesci straightened that ********** out with one visit. It's amazing what you can accomplish with a simple baseball bat.
So I've been praying to Joe for about a year now. And I noticed something. I noticed that all the prayers I used to offer to God, and all the prayers I now offer to Joe Pesci, are being answered at about the same 50% rate. Half the time I get what I want, half the time I don't.

Same as God, 50-50. Same as the four-leaf clover and the horseshoe, the wishing well and the rabbit's foot, same as the Mojo Man, same as the Voodoo Lady who tells you your fortune by squeezing the goat's testicles, it's all the same: 50-50. So just pick your superstition, sit back, make a wish, and enjoy yourself.

And for those of you who look to The Bible for moral lessons and literary qualities, I might suggest a couple of other stories for you. You might want to look at the Three Little Pigs, that's a good one. Has a nice happy ending, I'm sure you'll like that. Then there's Little Red Riding Hood, although it does have that X-rated part where the Big Bad Wolf actually eats the grandmother. Which I didn't care for, by the way. And finally, I've always drawn a great deal of moral comfort from Humpty Dumpty. The part I like the best? "All the king's horses and all the king's men couldn't put Humpty Dumpty back together again." That's because there is no Humpty Dumpty, and there is no God. None, not one, no God, never was.

For Gods ways are not our ways--if you ask a question based upon biblical principals you must first then think from the standpoint that "lets just say that the bible is true" or otherwise why argue anything about the bible at all for you can just say "i don't believe it so thats that" so why then even argue its principles. so lets just say the Bible is true..
1. God did not create himself nor is he inside his creation--we are in a separate dimension, space, or awareness than that of God. God is (holy)separate from his creation.
2. God is Sovereign. God can see the beginning from the end "alpha and omega beginning and end (at the same time)" God created time all at once--God is even outside of time for he created it.
3. we pray in our dimension yet God is in all places at all times . God has created you for a purpose and a plan yet to be carried out but its entirely up to you to obey him. Yet God sees the end from the beginning. does not mean that he forced your hand.
4. Did God make you believe? or did you choose? why pray if God had already designed your future--I think that his design is yours for the taking if you want it.. but if you decide otherwise he will use that for his will.. for God is sovereign.. no problem there..
5. For God saw everything and based upon what he saw he predestined. God saw the beginning from the end at the creation. He predestined based upon his foreknowledge regarding our decisions.
So yes what you pray about effects the design plan in a big way. God uses your prayers and decisions in order to shape the final plan for our lives.. everything works together for the good.
---- is God a he / she
God the Father (eloheim/creator) is not a woman or a man--we use the term (he) because of its masculine form for example "why does the coach say come on guys to a group of girls they are not guys" because the masculine (he) can be used to replace the group. we use the word (he) as used in gramar not to say that God is a man.
God is neither man or woman.
Divinity is not man. the nature of divinity is separate from the nature of man. Just as the nature of wood can not be the same as the nature of wind. God can not be in nature either woman or man.
we believe that the word(Jesus, logos) became God -- or we teach that Jesus was God and Man.. however, the nature of God himself can not be man. God for a brief period of time BECAME a man-no problem with the terms of the different natures. God is still God and man is still man.
--update--
it all comes down to this: you can participate in Gods plan based upon faith. You will still live and enjoy your life.. But if you choose not to participate in his plan for your life then you do not have any excuse in the end when you face him. You have seen with your own eyes his creation and are with out excuse.. it does not destroy Gods plan in any way--there is NO problem with what i believe..
thank you for reading..

Without all the flowery language and convoluted rationalizations, the divine plan basically means that you should thank god for the good things in life and blame the bad things on yourself or human nature in general. Then, after you die, your station in the afterlife will be contingent on whether or not you fully believed in the author of the plan and were a decent enough person, in that order.

The divine plan is to make man into the image of God. Jesus Christ is the only person ever created into that image. He showed us the way. His glorified body is the first fruits of that divine plan. All his children will follow. The elect will be resurrected into their glorified bodies then the creation of man will be complete. God is neither man nor woman. He is a male entity known as Father.

Of course I do.
Jeremiah 29:11-14 (New International Version)
For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.
I believe God knows what you want before you ask. And when you ask always say "if it's in your will....", and if it is in His Divine plan, He will provide.

John 16:24 (New International Version)
"Until now you have not asked for anything in my name. Ask and you will receive, and your joy will be complete."
As for God's gender, I don't know and it really does not matter.

god made satan knowing all along all the crap and misery satan would create, so god sends his son (really, he fathered himself) to die and "save" all the humans from the satan he created. We know this is true because the bible says that it is true.
Is that right?
That is the stupidest plan I've ever heard.
Thanks for nothing, you stupid god-thing!!!!
