My friend bought a brand new/ nonused 60gb for 350 on ebay, shipping free. That might be the cheapest you can ever get.

You're probably not going to even find a used PS3 for under $300 dollars. If I was going to sell my 60GB PS3 (I never will) I would sell it for $400 at least. And I doubt that you will run into people that are selling their used PS3's because with so many big Sony exclusives on the way, it would be dumb to sell your PS3 to anybody at this point in time.
