Military Officers are highly educated people who have to qualify for their job. They qualify by attending Military Collage or West Point. They have a very high University standard of Education.

All Officers at this point in time have volunteered to serve as their is no draft in place.

It is a position of trust and leadership and they need to be able to make the right decisions in regards to the position in a specific part of the Military Service they represent.

All Officers are open to an annual rating and this will be taken into account if they are to be considered for promotion.

By the way its spelt WHAT and not WAT!!!
