I can handle my anger really well. But sometimes i just go crazy like i hit stuff and i feel like i wanna pull my hair out and mess up everything i see. But i try not to. Plus im only 13. I get fed up with my mom all the time. She really pisses me off. She yells at me when i dont even do anything. Like shes gonna be nice to me then in like 2 minutes she yells at me. But is it bad to control your anger? Because what if i control for so long one day i might go crazy. Is that possible?

No! You should control yourself because if you don't you might do some thing you will regret. It sounds like your mother can not control her anger. You both need counseling at anger control. Talk with your counselor at school about getting some help. Good luck. :--#)

Here are my thoughts: It sounds like you are a little like your mom.....get mad, wanna lose it and then you are fine. That is not a bad thing, maybe you two are so similar that it is affecting your relationship. If you get angry about something, try to let those involved know that you are angry in a calm manner. Don't let it all build up inside you until you explode. Holding in your anger to that point is not health for you. Besides, maybe those who are making you angry don't really realize that they have and they can't take steps to "right the wrong" if they are in the dark. I do think it is very mature on your part to be attempting to hold in your anger at such a young age. It shows maturity because you obviously are a caring person and don't want to hurt people's feelings. Way to go girlie!!!!

Controlling your temper is always a good thing. But it's also important to deal with the things that are making you mad, so that you don't hold stuff in for so long that you do blow up. So keep controlling your temper, but try to talk to your mom about how you're confused by her behavior (do it when she's not mad, and when you aren't mad) or talk to another family member or family friend about her behavior. Also, remember--soon enough, you can move out on your own and you won't have to deal with this. Just hang in there until then. Good luck!!!!
