You have to learn to let go. Learn that not all guys are like the one who hurt you. There really are a few good guys out there, and when you do find him, I promise you, this guy who hurt you will be the farthest from your mind! Hold your chin up, walk tall, and be proud! We as woman are the best! You can do girl! Good Luck!

Well, you could become a nun, or you could go to an all girls school. Just kidding, LOL, but really, you need to just shake it off; you can't get anywhere in the future if you stay stuck in the past. You are allowing the guy who hurt you to continue controlling you every day that you prevent yourself from moving on and having a normal life. It is okay to feel hurt, when something bad happens - the thing to do is to reflect on it, and see if you can notice any warning signs or red flags that you missed, and try to be alert for them in the future.
