Tell your parents. Ask them to take you to the doctor for a checkup. Could be a lot of things. Sometimes a little fluid in the ear will cause sudden dizzy episodes. Could be nothing. You need to be checked over to be sure.

There are many many many causes of this problem. This ussualy happens to almost evry girl your age especially if you hit puberty. When i was this age i felt the same. Try getting enough sleep. Ask your mom to write a note to your gym teacher to let you not have gym for around a week not enough food can cause the problem or maybe sometimes if you have to many things on your mind. If this continues go to the doctor. I'm sure this isn't serious.

It is possible that you are feeling dehydrated. Try to drink a lot of water to go through your days. Also, try to go for some fresh air once in a while. If you think it's more serious, go check with your doctor and see what he says

You could be anemic or underweight.

Does it happen when you're hot or overwhelmed? It could be low blood pressure, or something else completely. I would ask your doctor, because you don't want to faint. I've done that before, and it's not fun!

Do you take drugs or medications? if so, we need to know which ones (e-mail me). If not, you need to visit your dr. You've got fluid in your middle ear that needs to be drained.
