This is a matter of speculation for any one still living. It doesn't make any difference who agrees with you or doesn't agree with you. No living person can answer that with any certainty so taking a poll is pointless. Mostly everyone would like to believe there was an afterlife, and the religious figure attached to it varies by culture, upbringing or personal beliefs.

Disagree. I think there may be an afterlife. Don't know if Jesus ever even existed or if 'he" was meant to be a metaphor. And even if he did exist I don't think he was meant to be worshiped as a god. He was a regular person just like everyone else. Yes, he was spiritually advanced for his time but that does not make him god. Def don't think that Mary had an immaculate conception. That story was just made up b/c women were considered second class citizens. They were either whores or virgins. And b/c Jesus was so spiritually advanced the some uneducated people thought he was "the son of god" and clearly the son of god couldn't have come from a whore so bam the immaculate conception myth was born.

There is an afterlife but you do not need Jesus to be accepted into heaven. You need to be a good person as your up most priority

Here's my issue with that statement: God is just. God will take whomever he chooses in whatever way he chooses.
To say a compassionate and holy man like Gandhi is in hell because he did not accept Jesus, is wrong.

Overall, please remember: God is just and God can do anything. Therefore, in some instances, one does not have to accept Christ in a "born again" ideology.

Probably beyond this, though, being Christ-like is not about the afterlife. Its about lifting-up your fellow humans who are in need and to do so with unconditional love.

Why does this seem so crystal-clear to me and not others? You have no idea how frustrating this is!!! Are you just hanging out until the day you die? Are you wasting your life here on earth because you know your saved? This is what it sounds like, folks!

Your life is not all about you. Neither is your afterlife.

think, pray, but most importantly, act.

Accepting Jesus Christ as your savior and believing that God raised Him from the dead. Yes. But, there is more to it than a simple statement.

It is a decision. A verb. A pro-active action.

No. That doesn't make any sense. What would happen to the many people alive BEFORE Jesus. Plus I'm Jewish so I don't really get any of that stuff. I mean Christianity is a really new religion, how do you know that it's the true religion. I mean I don't think everyone needs to be Jewish. I mean it may be written in a book but so are many other religion's holy books that are written by whatever they think God is. Plus in the First Testament one of the ten commandments is "There is only one God" why would God then create a human God. Jesus is praised more like a God is in Christianity than God itself.

Everyone has different religious views. I just live by this one guideline: Treat others like you would want to be treated. Dont do something to someone you wouldnt want done to you.

So im sure if their is an afterlife, yes you will be saved-- because you are a good person or at least tried to be.

Yes, that is what the Bible teaches and that is what I believe.
Romans 10:9-10; Ephesians 2:8-9.

yes. Once I was so deppressed and prayed, more than that, I was in so much pain that I just cried with my heart. All the sudden He came to mi mind, and said because you called me with your heart I heard you, because you knocked the right door i heard you. My son, her I am, what can I do for you. I answered my Lord forgive my sins. That is all what came to my thoughts! Looks so simple, yet there is much more than meet the eye. Now i am wrtting a book about it. Jesus christ is there for everyone!
