palm size is 3.5 to 4.0 inches ,wrist size is a large ,would prefere thumb spicas but will do with out if need be ,could also have buckle and billet or velcro type closuers ,mostly for carpal tunnel syndrome ,also a solid plastic version would be acceptable

Yes have four, supplied by PT. Velcro fasteners and metal plate to keep the wrist resting at the correct angle.
