The media is to blame on only the extemist getting things publicised. Think about it, the way the media works, it does not make a good story for those twisters of tales to tell what is really out there and just put the few extremist in the news and explode it to look like it is every muslim in the world. Come on get real, it like them hounding all the actors and singers anything for a story let a star get the stomach flu and she all the sudden has an eating disorder or she's pregnant. I think if the media actually concentrated on the fact that it is not all muslims that feel that way about things then more people would realize it, that the extremist are as I said few and far between, also you need to remind yourselves have we not most lived our lives in the arms of security and wealth of some kind at least to the extent of not starving to death. The people are dieing over there and were before troops went in and because of the way there lives have gone no wonder the ones in these countries are so angry maybe we should have helped out long before thing got this bad or better yet not give lands that belonged to these people away to strangers.

Have you ever actually looked for that? Just check out my profile. You'll find tons of links to fatwas, rulings, etc of thousands of Muslims, both scholars and not, condeming everything the extremists are doing. We are condemning it. I'm on here daily doing it. But we are not heard. The news doesn't cover condemnations, only death. And in those links, are even more links to even more condemnations and actions taken against extremists. They have turned our religion into something horrible and fearful. What they are doing is NOT Islam.

If you call making donations to "Charities" "Mostly silent" then I guess I won't have to disagree with your premise.
