You will find a variety on here, but from many different theological backgrounds.
Seek a good Bible believing church in your area.
Make an appointment with the Pastor, and tell him you are new to the church, new with Jesus Christ. He should be happy to help.
If you can, try one with the word Bible in the name...generally they are the ones guaranteed to believe.

So many today claim they are born again, saved. Yet, so few really know what that means.
Many believe with their lips, but their hearts are far from God.
Praise God and welcome to the family my friend.
The reason why you find it difficult to find others who have been born again is because few are being born again.
I wouldn't concern myself with seeking those who are newborn in the faith. You should be more concerned in finding a church where you will be fed the Word of God so you can grow in the faith.
You are more then welcome to write me and join my discussion groups dear one.
Just don't get frustated. For the devil will do everything in his power to tear your faith from you. He knows you are a babe in not experienced enough to defend yourself. You need to get grounded in God's Word.

perhaps you could contact the person who told you about Christ?
you could also attend church services and fellowship meetings. :)

i know me too just try and tell your friends about the wonderful experience you had getting jesus christ as your saviour and hopefully they will ask him into there hearts too!!!! good luck
