You really should get scheduled for a MRI.
It's the only way to determine if you have a slipped disc or not. My brother recently had back sugery from a ruptured disc and he made a full recovery.
Don't go to the chiropractor unless you've been cleared by the MRI for not having a ruptured/slipped disc. It could make it worse. Chiropractics are great for scoliosis/pinched nerves/ misaligned vertebrae, but can not help with disc problems--so you should get the MRI done first.
Icing it down for now should help, regardless of what's wrong. Best of luck.

The little one is aware of, no greater and could of implemented it accidentally,, in which as an grownup is extra international smart and so it turns into extra tricky to kill accidentally. Your teacher can also be in the case of killing a mocking chicken (SPOILER) like what Atticus nearly does to Boo by means of taking away their lifestyles whilst he thinks Jem killed Bob,, now not Boo , a youngster could do that sub-consciously (passing a comment they have got heard of a different and as a result exchanging the individuals lifestyles) even as and adult could do this with malicious purpose.

STOP having people crack your back. As a result of having that done over and over I ended up with a serious back injury that required 2 operations. If you were my child I would ask you to go see a doctor about the problem just to make sure nothing serious is wrong and to prevent any further injury.

human structure is amazingly complex. pain is even more so.
is something wrong? take off your shirt and stand in front of a mirror... shoulders the same height? from the back does one shoulder blade stick out more? arms hanging alike?
a doctor might try an x-ray...
if you think the problem is more in the muscles or ligaments, try a nice hot bath a couple aspirin and sleep on your back for a few nights.
having people 'crack' your back does not sound wise.

That does sound painful!
And yes, it probably is a slipped disk. Take advil, use a heating pad, get a good massage to relax those muscles, and see a chiropractor.
Good luck!

A Chiropractor can help. But using heat and cold alternately can help too. Do not twist or bend.
