Amor infrangilis

Infrangilis is an adjective - it does mean unbreakable.

Diligio is an abstract noun from the verb diligo - which does not mean 'love' as you probably want - and wouldn't be the right case anyway. 'Diligo' is weaker than 'amo' - the verb that means 'love' in the way you seem to want. 'Diligo' is more like 'value/hold dear/have regard for'. But there's no need to go to a verb - you need a noun, and the word 'amor' means 'love' as a noun.

Absolute TRUE Love is undoubtedly unbreakable and untouchable to others under any and all circumstances. A "perfect" love that two people might share will never wilt away or die over time.

It's "Infrangibilis amor" or "Amor infrangibilis".
Word's order can be changed as you prefer.
