When I eat most of the time now it feels like it's going up into these small holes in my molars and feeling really senstitive. I don't have any fillings yet so I don't know if I need them or if I should just use sensitive toothpaste.
Thanks

Most sensitivity comes from the area of the tooth closest to the gums. If the sensitivity and "holes" are on the biting surface of the tooth it sounds more like cavity. I guess they are on your top molars, you can't see them in the mirror?

Obviously you haven't been to a dentist in a while, or you would already know whether you have cavities or not.

You're overdue for a checkup and cleaning. Make an appointment with a dentist, pronto.

Start with the sensitive toothpaste. A dental check-up won't hurt either, but you may have difficulty setting one this time of year.

Good luck!
