I use this facial spa, which you have to put water in, and it makes steam. I put my face in the oval shape for my head, and the steam goes on face..until my face gets really hot, and moist. Im just wondering, is there any benefits to this?

Yes, because it opens up all of your pores. Then you can clean your face thoroughly (with very warm water) and reach all the way to the bottom of the pores to remove oil, bacteria and dirt. Then you moisturize (if you need one) and run a cool cloth across your face to close all the pores again. It's great for a breakout-prone face.

I don't think that there are any particular benefits as such. But what it will do is open up all the pores on your face.

Very good if you want to have a deep cleansing wash or open out your pores a bit, then maybe some cold water afterwards to close them up again to stop dirt getting in.

Steam heat is, but not extra hot. Throw a towel over your head and hover over a pot of water that was boiled (turn the fire off). Hang out for 7-10 minutes.

All of your pores will be cleansed.

It opens up your pores so they can be cleaned by air and moisture! Good if you want to have clear skin!
