Considering how many sports you're in that require a lot of work from that wrist, it's not unlikely that you have some kind of repetitive sports-related injury.

You'll probably want to see a doctor about it, and meanwhile keep that wrist wrapped in a supportive bandage.

Good luck!

I have tendonitis in the left wrist from guitar playing. Sounds like you have an over-use type injury.
You should go to a doctor to find out exactly what it is before you decide on treatment.

Could be tendonitis, carpel tunnel or a broken bone in the wrist.

You should see your physician. He will likely order x-rays to see if their is a sprain, torn ligaments, or dislocation. Do you have any numbness, swelling or other symptoms? You most likely have some type of sports injury. I'm also thinking carpel tunnel, since you use the wrists in frequent repetitive motions.

you must be suffering from a CARPAL TUNNEL. a condition when the wrist nerves are in tangle that causes the intense pain. you can see a NEUROLOGIST for some examinations and medical procedures to be done to confirm what is it
