I too as quickly as had a foul experience with chili peppers. it relatively is the reason i take advantage of nutrients grade latex gloves until eventually now I even start to manage peppers. because of the fact the capsaicin (that's what creates the burning sensation on your mouth once you consume a chili) isn't very water soluble, this is going to stay on your palms after only washing, whether you scrub up with cleansing soap. it relatively is soluble in alcohol however, so attempt utilising a sprint rubbing alcohol or vodka (the cheap, non-drinkable form, no longer the martini form) to rinse your palms until eventually now scrubbing them with cleansing soap and water.

Milk or sour cream! Soak it until the burning goes away. Apply as needed. Good luck, feel better!

Run it under cold water. No other solution. The oleoresin capsicum must be flushed out, but the residual effects will not stop for about 30 minutes.

Sorry, I know it sucks.
