R sided head pain and warm feeling?

Over the last few days - i have had my right arm go numb and tingly (which has now gone away) Also, R sided headaches for the past few days with a warm feeling in my head near my ear...also a slight ringing in it. Doesnt hurt though...any ideas....also a little burning on the right side of my chest - its not my heart - any clue?

Part of this could be related to an infection going on in your ears but the only way to find out for sure what is going on is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think is going on.
