I know that might sound weird but usually when I hear a high pitched noise in my right ear my lower back on the right side hurts and I twitch... and i kinda get that feeling like someones watching me or something like where your back tingles(anyone ever get that feelin?) anyway it happened the first time like a while ago and my friend like... squeaked i guess. And i twitched and it hurt and wellll. i don't know i just wanna know if its serious or not, if you've even heard something like that, or how i can make it stop. but its really bothering me! thanks

It could be that the pain is radiating to the other areas because of how intense the pain is. I would recommend seeing your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think is going on.

Yes, it's called tinnitus and it is a symptom of damage to your hearing. For many people it is barely audible, for some it comes and goes, for others it is always there and for some it is painful. Protect your hearing, wear ear plugs when around loud noises or you'll hear it all the time when you get to be an old fart like me. BTW, I started hearing it as a teen, it was always there by 25 and I can hear it now, even over audible music now at 40+
