Hide all unused columns or rows from view and printing:

•Locate the last used row on your worksheet.
•Select the row number directly below your last used row so that the entire row is selected.
•Hold down the Shift & Ctrl key and then push the down arrow. This will select all rows down to row 65536.
•With these rows selected go to Format | Row |Hide
•Locate the last used column on your worksheet.
•Select the column letter immediately to the right of your last used column so that the entire column is selected.
•Hold down the Shift & Ctrl key and then push the right arrow. This will select all columns across to column IV.
•With these columns selected go to Format | Column | Hide

The column or row should now disappear from the view of the spreadsheet and will not print.
If you wish, you can also go to Tools | Options > View and uncheck the "Row & Column Headers" checkbox.

Best of luck.

I think you should be able to do it without showing a page number. I suspect there is a setting somewhere that will turn the page numbers off.

I actually am having sort of a hard time understanding exactly what you want to do. You say "limit", but for what? Those are the only cells you want to display on the screen? Those are the only cells you want to print? Could you please explain more?

Help menu, it works for all questions you can not answer yourself!!! That's what it's there for. No sarcasm intended

You can highlight the cells, select print area and then print preview, additionally, you can remove the Page number stuff by formatting the cell go to format, cell, etc.

Turn off the gridlines, set the backgroudn to white for all cells, and add borders around only the cells that you're interested in.
