In what sense? Like what's produced here specifically? Or like what is sold here? Because we're as modern as anywhere else in the US and have the same goods sold here as any other state.

Corn, groceries, clothing, cars, liquor, airline tickets, marijuana, baseballs, computers, pencils, kleenex, gasoline, etc etc etc
