Why are the evagenlists against latter day saints (LDS). Can someone explain their faith or waths the big deal ....why figth agains other religions??? Is that LOVE???you preach love???

So why don't believe that God still comunicate with humans why not? Allways has been prophets and they will exist while humas do...I believe in Joseph Smith and the book of mormon! I belive that God speak to us by modern prophets and that Jesus is our savior and redemer!

I ask this because you guy should see the big "against mormons" protest campaing that the evangelist did in Salt Lake City Utah there was like hundreds of evangelist people saying all kind of things agains mormons...That's wrong!!!!

I am LDS and I believe the Bible to be the word of God. I can show you passages from the Bible support Mormon doctrine. In fact, from my own study, Mormon doctrine is the only doctrine that seem consistent with the Bible. That includes the oft repeated "do not add to the Bible" passage that is often misunderstood, as that "do not add message is shared throughout the Bible, including in Deuteronomy. If it were meant as is often quoted, everything AFTER Deuteronomy would be considered "added."
Also, there is nothing in the Bible that directly supports "trinity" doctrine. Yet, there are repeated passages that support three separate godhead beings.

Our country is at war now and we need a true leader to guide us through the perilous times ahead. Mitt Romney is exactly the kind of person we need to run this country. Before any of us were born, we all lived together in Heaven with Heavenly Father. Some of us rebelled and started a war with those who were faithful . This event was called "The War in Heaven". Eventually the bad guys lost and became demons . the good guys won and were born with white skin here on Earth. Those who did not fight very hard or were indifferent were born on Earth with dark skin. The bravest of the brave leaders of the Lords Army were born here on Earth with White skin to good Mormon families.
During the war, Romney must have been one of the top Commanding Generals. Just look at his awe inspiring persona and strong Mormon family. Amerika needs General Romney to help us win the war on terror and bring Salvation to the world. Vote Romney in '08.

Mormons have an entire different set of beliefs when it comes to the revelation of god's word.....christians don't believe that Joseph Smith found any sacred tablets, nor that christianity started or ended on the north american soil; Mormons have a seperate book that they hold in high regard, which christians don't believe in and find to be against the biblical scriptures.....I hope they can all work it out someday....I am not religious, so it matters not to me that they find fault with the mormons...they find fault with me too.
EDIT: Esther--he didn't say "hate" he said that they 'figth' against other religions....which I am assuming means 'fight'.

I am a Latter-Day Saint (a Mormon) and LDS people believe in the Bible as much as any Christian church. I think that no religion truly wants to fight against another religion. Many people just don't understand other people's beliefs. Please keep that in mind. If anyone has further questions please contact me.

mormons believe the bible and the bible explains how current christian teachings are not according to the teachings of the bible, for example, the belief of the godhead. the bible clearly explains the relationship of jesus and god the father and the holy ghost. christians believe they are one person with 3 names and is everywhere and nowhere.
those are differences in our organizations, we don't love them any less for it.

The main difference beside doctrinal, evangelists like the one above believe they talk for all Christians....
Mormons believe everyone has a right to believe according to the dictates of their conscience....

Christians who believe the bible do not agree with doctrine of the Mormon church. Mormonism has other books and other prophets, and Christianity does not believe these things, or people, are of God.
Has nothing to do with hate, so please don't use language like that.
P.S. Of course God still "communicates" with humans dear, it is done through His word, the bible. I pray to God He will show you the truth. Please pick up your bible and read Galatians 1:8 and 9. Think about what these verses say.

Because its a lie. This website will show you the truth about Mormonism. They will call it a hate website. Ask anyone of them to show you 1 specific lie on this site. They cant do it. They will just say its all lies and they dont need to prove anything.
