Yogurt

Ice Cream

You just want to make sure you don't eat anything that requires chewing or anything that will get lodged in the hole.

It's only for 2 days.

Pudding, frozen yogurt, yogurt, jello, milkshakes, scrambled eggs..
I ate a lot of frozen yogurt because the coldness took the swelling down. But the minute I could I ate a burger. Good luck! I know that it sucks. Look out for dry socket. Rinse with salt water like the dentist said and you will be fine.

You can eat anything you want. Just make sure that there is no food left in the wounds, which means gently irrigating it. A water-pik or some such would be ideal.

As I remember the first two days are fine, then the bruising sets in so stock up on ice cream and the likes now. You can eat anything you can chew on one side of your mouth, be carefull though as it might bleed for the next day or so so try not to irritate it.
