I have loved a guy for almost two years. He cheated on me because we "didn't see each other enough" and left me for someone he's only known for a few months. Of course he's an idiot because I love him to death! Do I just go on? I can't just forget about him. Your advice please. . .

Every time you remember how much you care for him just remind yourself of how much he hurt you. He cheated on you because he wanted to not because "you didn't see enough of each other". People who want to cheat will use any excuse and never accept responsibility for it. Know that you deserve more than being hurt.

I might help to talk things out with him. You definitly need to move on. NOBODY deserves a man that is willing to cheat on you for a silly thing like you don't see each other enough. Instead you should reslove the problem and start seeing each other more often. But you deserve much better. Time will heal your pain, you need to move on.

Move on, girl! You don't want to be with someone that's cheated on you anyways. And it doesn't seem like he's feeling you like your feeling him especially if hes already moved on. It would be a waste of your time if you stay on pause for this guy. Do yourself a favor find a new man to love.

Move on dont stay with him. If he cheated on you then he never really cared. And you deserve someone better then an asshole like that. Just move on and find a nice sweet guy. Good luck

You have already said what to do. Just go on. Hang out with friends and do things that will get your mind off of him and the whole thing. You will be fine. I had the same situation for 3 years i think.

he's not an idiot. he just wanted something different. he cheated because his needs weren't fully met. mourn. grieve. cry. journal. as you are ready you can go on. don't forget, just try to learn.
Just because you love him doesn't mean he was wrong to leave. it didn't work for him.

Unless you two have children together you are not obligated to be with him. Cut him loose, take time to grieve your loss and find yourself a professional licensed therapist to help equip you with proper healthy coping mechanisms.
