For pizza, no. But if I get curbside takeaway at say, Outback, and I have a really big or picky order I'll at least leave a few dollars. Part of the reason I get takeout is so I don't have to worry about tipping, but if I know someone has gone out of their way to help me then I don't mind leaving them a little something.

When you leave a tip, it for the service of your waitress/waiter. Since picking up the food yourself, you are eliminating the service so there is no need for a tip.

No, no more than you would leave a tip for picking up food at a fast food place.

I wouldn't do this. Since you are going there to get it yourself. Only if I ate there and was waited on, or had it delivered is when I think a tip is necessary or applies.

Nope. No need to leave a tip for take-out, unless they do a special favor for you.
