Hi there,
Conventional "butter milk" is healthier than milk...no doubt...
I meant "butter milk" prepared in the "old home made technique" which contains less of fat and slightly fermented....
no doubt in that....

Buttermilk, curd and milk have their own taste and value. In general curd and buttermilk are easy to digest and better and have lesser glycemic index as compared to milk for diabetic patients and more tolerable to those who lack enzyme lactase in the gastrointestinal system due to primary and or secondary reasons. Traditional buttermilk made by churning the curd and removing the butter will have lesser amount of fat

No butter milk is not healthier than milk since butter milk is 1/4th part of milk. Milk is always healthier.

Curd and buttermilk are predigested forms of milk. So the body can assimilate them more easily. Especially good for convalescing. If you have stomach upsets try taking some curd. You will find your stomach upset is gone with in no time. Buttermilk is excellent in summer. This has less fat than either milk or curd.

undoubtedly milk is a complete nutrition as it has all the nutrients except vit c...bt butter milk has its own values..its gud for those hv high bp tendencies,insummers it prevents for sunstrok and keeps the body cool..so both hv their own advantages...
