1human hear: 7 dog years
2 human years: 12 or 14 dog years

I think it's between there becuase I had a book that said how many dog years per human year. But I'm sure you can find out for sure in a book at the library or something. But your dog is young still.

A lot of crazy answers here.. one year as a human is known as 7 years as a dog. End of story.

Doggy years:

Year 1: 15 human years
Year 2: 9 additional years
Year 3 and above: 3 more years per dog year

So your dog is 24 in dog years.

EDIT: I figured I'd get some thumbs down. Well, guess what, people; the idea that one dog year is 7 dog years is a MYTH. No scientific findings whatsoever. Think about it; females are able to have pups when they're ONE. Not very good for them, but it's possible. Well, 7-year-olds can't have kids, can they? No! But 15-year-olds can; possible for them but it's not very healthy. At 2 yrs a dog is better-adapted to have puppies but a 14 year old girl is not. It makes sense to add 9 to the 15 to get 24--around the age a lot of women have their first.

to find out how many years old your dog is in dog years, thi is what youd do:
multiply how many years old the dog is in human years by 7. (this works with any age btw)

so, your dog is 14 years old in dog years.
