what are some herbs that can make someone sick, not deadly, but sore throats, stomachaches, headaches, small stuff like that?

Any herb if used wrong can casue sickness. Have you never herad of the law of three. Stop going down this path.

And why would you wish this and why ask witches? If they are real witches they'll tell you NO and point out that harming someone is against the Rede.
If you want something like that, go buy the book "Getting Even" and the "Anarchists Cookbook"

there are many & you can get a book on all the herbs ever grown at several book stores!
if you are a witch & planing a brew think it through, if you are caught you can go to jail for assault with intent.
also if you are willing to do it to some one else there may be some one willing to do it to you!

Fly on a plane with the little overhead air vent turned on for the whole ride. That always does the trick.

True witches only do good deeds They are at one with nature, understanding the need for balance for mother earth. Creating for evil puts her out of balance and she will push back at you to get back into balance.
